The property is excellent and absolutely great and the staff is courteous! The building is nice and the rooms are amazingly comfortable with a balcony and ice, as example. It boasts a great location; next to shopping centers, the mall and the govt office, and the port and Robinson's mall.

Location is great for those who want to be near the port and government offices. Free breakfast and dinner was a great addition, and the Kansi dish was particularly delicious.
Room cleanliness was not up to par as we encountered cockroaches in our room. , amenities such as the menu and hygiene kit were missing, and staff seemed uninterested in answering queries.
